Each candle is designed to burn for at least twenty minutes. Since the candles are hand-dipped, slight variations may occur, which can affect the burn time of each individual candle.
Remove a candle from the box and gently press it into the ceramic holder. Place the holder on a flat, non-flammable surface and light the cotton wick. Never leave the candle unattended, and be sure to follow all of our candle safety guidelines.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class post for all deliveries, including those with a specified arrival date. We strive to dispatch orders received before noon on the same day. All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail’s Terms and Conditions.
Customers can cancel their order, for any reason whatsoever. They need to notify us within 14 days of receiving their goods and return them within 14 days from notifying us. This does not apply to personalised items.
