Each candle should burn for at least twenty minutes. The candles are hand-dipped and vary slightly, effecting the amount of time each one burns for however.

Take one candle out of the box and gently press it into the ceramic holder, place on a non-flammable level surface and light the cotton wick. Do not leave the candle unattended and follow all of our candle safety guidelines.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for all deliveries including where we aim to have goods arrive on a specified date. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before noon on the same day. All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail’s Terms and Conditions.

Customers can cancel their order, for any reason whatsoever. They need to notify us within 14 days of receiving their goods and return them within 14 days from notifying us. This does not apply to personalised items.
